Refund Policy

Effective October 21, 2026.

  • The No-Credit Close, the Kitchen Table and Knock-to-Booked Playbooks, the Full Field Kit, the No-Credit Close Team License and other one-time purchases: full refund, no questions asked, if you ask within 14 days of purchase. If part of the purchase's membership credit (the $47 No-Credit Close credit, which also comes with the bundle, or the $297 Team License credit) has already been used toward a membership or team plan, the refund is the purchase price minus the credit used.
  • Company Install ($1,997 one-time service): full refund if you cancel by email before your first live training. After the first training, it isn't refundable. Full details are in section 7A of our Terms.
  • Rep Membership, monthly: cancel anytime online and you won't be charged again; access continues to the end of the month you paid for. We don't refund partial months.
  • Rep Membership, annual: full refund if you ask within 14 days of any annual charge (your first one or a renewal). After that, cancel anytime and it won't renew; access continues to the end of the paid year.
  • Team plans: full refund within 14 days of your first payment. After that, cancel anytime; seats stay active through the paid month and no partial months are refunded.
  • Reservations (pre-sale): cancel a reservation before your first charge and you pay nothing.
  • The No-Credit Close credit: if you're refunded for the No-Credit Close or the Full Field Kit, the $47 membership credit tied to that purchase no longer applies, and any unused part is removed from your account. Any part already used is subtracted from the refund.
  • Team License credit: if you're refunded for the Team License, the $297 team-plan credit tied to it no longer applies, and any unused part is removed from your account. Any part already used is subtracted from the refund.
  • How to ask: email [email protected] from the address you paid with, or reply to your Stripe receipt. We process approved refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method; your bank may take 5-10 more business days.
  • Your legal rights: where the law gives you more rights than this policy, those rights apply.
