How do seats work?
After checkout you land on your team welcome page. Email [email protected] from the account owner's address with your reps' emails, up to your seat count, and we'll set them up. Change the list any time. Seats are for people on your team; they can be reassigned but not resold or shared.
Need more seats?
Email us and we'll move you up a plan. You're charged the difference for the rest of the period.
Can my compliance team review the material?
Yes, please. Every kit uses placeholders for local numbers and tells reps to follow your approved scripts and disclosures. You're responsible for following every law that applies to how you sell, including do-not-call and autodialer/texting rules (TCPA and the Telemarketing Sales Rule), door-to-door permits, the FTC 3-day Cooling-Off Rule and state cancellation notices, and state solar disclosure and registration laws. Always use your company's approved scripts, disclosures and contracts.
What's the founding price?
Reserve a team plan by Sunday, November 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM Pacific and you keep the founding price ($199, $399 or $699/mo) for as long as you stay subscribed. After the deadline, new teams pay $249, $499 or $899/mo.
Already bought Kit 01?
Reserve your team plan from your Kit 01 download page (the "Reserving for a team instead?" option) and $47 comes off your first team invoice automatically. One credit per Kit 01 purchase. Lost the page? Email [email protected].
Bought the Team License?
Start a Teams plan within 30 days of buying the $297 Kit 01 Team License, from your Team License download page, and the $297 is credited toward your team plan automatically. Example at founding prices: Team 10 is $0 for the first month, $101 the next, then $199/mo. If your 30 days would run into the time team plans are closed to new buyers (from Nov 15, 11:59 PM PT until they reopen on Dec 1, 2026 or later), you get 30 days from the day they reopen instead. Example: a license bought Oct 25 can be used toward a team plan until 30 days after team plans reopen. A later refund of the license is reduced by any credit already used. One credit per Team License purchase. If you also bought Kit 01, the Team License credit replaces the $47 Kit 01 credit; they don't stack. Lost the page? Email [email protected].
How do we cancel?
The account owner goes to Manage billing and clicks Cancel. Seats stay active through the end of the paid period, then end.
Refunds?
Full refund within 14 days of your first team payment. After that, cancel anytime and you won't be charged again.
Will this increase our sales?
We can't promise that, and we don't. Results depend on your reps, your market and your company.
